Integrating with Humaans

Humaans serves as a foundational layer of your HR stack and helps with efficiency by integrating with a number of other HR point solutions. Humaans is the central place for managing employee data, documents, contracts, identifications, on-boarding, off-boarding, absence, time off, payroll information, reporting, and more. 

Integrate Workable with Humaans to seamlessly export candidate information to your Humaans account and streamline your human resources management. When you hire a candidate, their details are transferred to Humaans as a new employee in the New hires area. 

 

Setting up the integration

To start, in your Humaans account:

• Navigate to the Admin area
• Scroll down to Integrations
• Locate the Workable integration and click Configure
• Click Enable integration and allow Humaans access to your Workable account
• If you have access to multiple Workable accounts, choose the account you would like to link to Humaans and click Save

That’s it! From now on your hired candidates will be automatically exported to Humaans.

 

Using the integration

Move a candidate into the Hired stage of the recruiting pipeline in Workable and a profile for them will be created in Humaans automatically in the New hires tab. 

In Humaans, users will then be able to verify the details and manually fill out any additional information, such as the employee's work email or employment start date, before adding them as members to their organization.
