When a candidate completes a Workplace Personality assessment, an option to view potential interview questions related to their personality will appear at the bottom of the assessment results.
These questions are dynamically generated by Workable based on the candidate's personality. They can guide interviewers who want to follow up with candidates after a personality assessment.
The personality factors that appear are based on the most 'extreme' traits a candidate portrayed. For example, if the candidate was extremely trusting or extremely suspicious, then questions around that trait would be suggested. If the candidate had an average level of trust, then questions for that may not appear.
Use these questions as needed to start a conversation around the candidate's personality and delve deeper into who they are as a person. When assessing a candidate's personality, there are no "right" answers. The most effective teams have people with diverse personalities who are brought together by shared values (e.g., the company's mission statement, team goals, team ethos).
