You cannot directly download a candidate's video interview recording either individually or in bulk. You can watch video interview responses directly from the candidate's profile in Workable, but there is no option to save or export the recordings. If another team member (who is not part of the account or the job) needs to view the video, you can share the candidate's profile so they can access the recording. Just make sure you select the sharing options, including the video interviews.
Note that candidates can download their own video interview recording in two ways:
- Send the recording to their email immediately after submitting the video interview.
- Return later to the video interview link and download the recording from there.
