Reports in Workable are updated automatically at regular intervals throughout the day.
In practice, this means that new data becomes available in reports a few hours after activity takes place in your account. Because updates run on a schedule and require some processing time before they are reflected in reporting, you may see a Last synced time that ranges between 4 and 8 hours.
The Last synced timestamp indicates how long it has been since reports were last successfully updated with the latest available data.
If you’ve recently made changes, such as moving a candidate to a new stage or marking them as hired, those updates will not appear in reports immediately. They will be reflected once the next scheduled update is completed.
Update timing may vary slightly depending on the report:
- Recruiting reports typically show a last sync time between 4 and 8 hours
- HR and Payroll reports typically show a last sync time between 1 and 2 hours
This variation is expected and does not indicate an issue with your data.
