Whether editing a requisition field triggers re-approval depends on how that specific field is configured in your Hiring plan settings.
Each requisition field has its own re-approval rule. This means that updating one field may send the requisition back for approval, while editing another may not.
How to check or update the re-approval setting for a field:
- Go to the Hiring plan settings page.
- Locate the requisition field you want to review/edit.
- Click the three dots menu to the right of the field and select edit.
- Check the "Requires re-approval" setting and update it if needed.
If "Requires re-approval" is set to yes, any change to this field will send the requisition back for approval.
If it is set to no, changes to the field will not trigger re-approval.
This allows you to control which updates are considered significant enough to require another approval step and which can be edited without interrupting the workflow.
