Applied candidates
- Candidates applying through the Workable application form are automatically prompted to complete the optional EEO survey after applying for a job that is located in the US.
- Candidates applying through a job board (even through "easy apply" mediums) will receive the survey invitation via email.
- Candidates applying through Indeed will be prompted to complete the survey during their application process. The survey questions remain optional, so candidates can submit their application without providing any answers. Responses are automatically collected in the Compliance report.
- Candidates applying through LinkedIn Apply are prompted to complete the EEO/OFCCP survey directly within their application, and no email invitation is sent. All questions are optional, so candidates can continue without providing any answers or select "I prefer not to specify". Responses are automatically collected in the Compliance report.
Candidates who skipped the survey when submitting their job application (via your careers page or Indeed) will receive a reminder email to complete the survey at a more convenient time.
Sourced/uploaded candidates
Since sourced candidates have not completed an application, they will not receive an EEO survey. To request EEO details from a sourced candidate, share the job shortlink with them and prompt them to apply for the job through your careers page. Once they apply, they will be moved to the Applied stage, and their details will be updated.
