Setting up the integration
In your Zinc account:
- Log in to your Zinc account page to generate your Zinc API key
- Note or copy the API key, as it will only be shown once
Alternatively, you can contact your Zinc account manager and ask them to provide you with your Zinc API key.
In your Workable account:
- Click your profile icon in the upper right, click on 'Settings' and navigate to Integrations
- Locate Zinc in the list of Background checks integrations and click on it
- Paste your Zinc API key in the corresponding field and click Update settings
That's it! The integration is now complete, and you will be able to perform background checks from the candidate's timeline.
