Integrate Workable with Zmash to add a chatbot to your website's careers page that allows candidates to find a job that suits their profile and apply directly from the chat interface. You will receive their application in your Workable recruiting pipeline for that specific job.
Setting up the integration
- Click your profile icon in the upper right, click on Settings and navigate to Integrations
- Locate ZmashBot in the list of Other Integrations and click on it
- Click Generate Token
- Copy to clipboard the long string of numbers and letters
- Provide the generated Partner Token to your Zmash representative who will finalize the integration from their end
That's it! Once you get the confirmation from your point of contact in Zmash the integration will be complete.

Using the integration
Depending on your implementation, when candidates visit your website's career page, they will have the option to start chatting with ZmashBot.
Once the chat initiates, the candidates will be able to browse the available openings in your company and apply directly from the same chat window.
