Integrating with InfoMart

InfoMart is an NAPBS-accredited and WBENC-certified expert in global background and identity screening, leading the industry with innovative technology, biometric identity authentication, and customizable solutions. InfoMart can be used globally to request background checks in countries worldwide.

You can connect your InfoMart account to Workable to initiate background checks directly from a candidate's profile. You'll receive the results on the candidate's timeline with a link to view more details when the check is complete.

Setting up the integration

To integrate, start by contacting InfoMart Support for an API key. Let InfoMart know that you'd like to integrate with Workable, and they'll send you an API key. The InfoMart team will send you the API key, which is a long string of random letters and numbers.

With the API key in hand, sign in to Workable as an Admin user:

1. Click your profile icon in the upper right and navigate to Integrations > Apps
2. Locate InfoMart in the list of background check integrations and click on it
3. Paste the API key into the field and click Update Settings

That's it! The integration is now complete, and you will now be able to perform background checks from the candidate's timeline based on your InfoMart packages.

After a background check is completed, you will be notified, and the candidate's timeline will be updated with a link to InfoMart, where you can log in and view the results.
