Integrating with The English Quiz

The English Quiz is an online English assessment service for companies that helps save time and enhance the candidate experience. It offers a selection of ready-made or fully customizable online English assessments built to meet all recruitment needs. Detailed results in less than 24 hours help recruiters make quick, informed hiring decisions to secure the best talent.

Through this integration, you can send The English Quiz assessment tests to candidates via Workable and receive the results on the candidate's timeline in Workable:

Setting up the integration

To integrate, start by contacting The English Quiz integrations team at integrations@theenglishquiz.com and ask them to provide you with the API key for the Workable integration set up. Once you receive the API key, copy it to clipboard. 

With the API key in hand, sign in to Workable:

• Click your profile icon in the upper right, click on Settings and navigate to Integrations
• Locate The English Quiz in the list of assessment providers integrations and click on it
• Paste the API key into the field that appears
• Click Update Settings 

That's it! The connection will be complete and you'll be able to start sending out assessment tests.

You can add The English Quiz assessments to relevant pipeline stages in the Workflow tab during the job creation process.

When you send an assessment you can view the results directly in Workable.
