Integrating with Benchmark.games

Benchmark.games is a hiring tool that matches applicants to their ideal roles based on behavioral science. Using online games, it enables hiring teams to identify the unique workstyle strengths of candidates and to predict which candidates are most likely to succeed.

When Workable and Benchmark.games are integrated, hiring teams can send a Benchmark.games test to candidates by clicking a button in Workable. When a candidate completes the game their Workable Timeline will be updated with a link to the results.

Setting up the integration

You must be a Super Admin in Workable to set up integrations.

To set up this integration you'll need to request an API from Benchmark.games. Contact workable@benchmark.games to receive the API key and copy or note it. It will be a long string of numbers and letters.

With the API key in hand, sign in to Workable:

• Click your profile icon in the upper right and navigate to Integrations
• Locate Benchmark.games in the list of assessment providers integrations and click on it
• Add your API key to the field that appears
• Click Update settings 

That's it! Workable and Benchmark.games will now be connected.

You can add Benchmark.games assessments to relevant pipeline stages in the Workflow tab during the job creation process.

When you send an assessment you can view the results directly in Workable.
