Organizations might use stricter security systems that could affect some Workable services. If you have determined that you are facing a network issue, and cannot access Workable from your company's network, we recommend working with your IT team to allow network traffic to particular Workable services.
To ensure Workable is running smoothly, your IT admin will need to add HTTPS traffic (port 443/tcp) to an allowlist for the following Workable domains:
- workable.com
- workablehr.s3.amazonaws.com
- workable-application-form.s3.amazonaws.com
- production-common-tmp.s3.amazonaws.com
Allowing Email Domains
If you are having trouble receiving emails from Workable, your organization's spam filters and security settings may be blocking them. In that case, you will also need to get in touch with your IT colleagues and ask them to allow the following email domains Workable is using:
- workablemail.com
- outbound.workablemail.com
- notifications.workablemail.com
- members.workablemail.com
- jobs.workablemail.com
- inbound.workablemail.com
- events.workablemail.com
- candidates.workablemail.com
Important: Workable cannot disclose specific IP addresses to allow - our IPs are dynamic and are used by many other services. Allowing the above email domains should suffice.
