Adaface builds a conversational AI for first-round tech interviews. Save engineering time by screening candidates with custom assessments for on-the-job skills (programming languages, frameworks, aptitude etc). Top candidates prefer Adaface because their bot (Ada) has a friendly chat involving relevant code challenges as opposed to asking trick questions on a test.
Through this integration, you can send Adaface assessment tests to candidates via Workable and receive the results on the candidate's timeline in Workable.
Setting up the integration
To integrate, start by contacting Adaface to request the API key. Reach out to your Adaface customer success manager, or in case you do not have one assigned, drop an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. They will be in touch within 12 hours to provide you with the API key.
With the API key in hand, sign in to Workable:
- Click your profile icon in the upper right and navigate to Integrations
- Locate Adaface in the list of assessment providers integrations and click on it
- Paste your API key to the field that appears
- Click Update settings
That's it! The connection will be complete and you'll be able to start sending out assessment tests.
You can now add Adaface assessments to relevant pipeline stages in the Assessments tab during the job creation process.
When you send an assessment you can view the results directly in Workable.
