Integrating with Certn

Certn is a tech company at the forefront of background screening solutions. You can connect your Certn account to Workable to initiate background checks directly from a candidate's profile and receive results in Workable.

 

Setting up the integration

To integrate, start by contacting Certn for an API key. Contact Certn's support team and request the API key to integrate with Workable. The Certn team will send you the API key, which is a long string of random letters and numbers.

With the API key in hand, sign in to Workable an Admin user:

1. Click your profile icon in the upper right and navigate to Integrations > Apps
2. Locate Certn in the list of background check integrations and click on it.
3. Add your API key to the field that appears
4. Click Update settings 

That's it! The integration is now complete, and you will now be able to perform background checks from the candidate's timeline.

After a background check is completed, you will be notified, and the candidate's timeline will be updated with a link to Certn, where you can log in and view the results.
