When you integrate with one of Workable's background check providers, the option to run a check will appear on candidate profiles.
To initiate a background check on a candidate, click the magnifying glass button in the toolbar. This button will appear only for candidates in the Offer stage.
You can still run a background check in another stage by clicking the three dots in the toolbar and selecting the background check option.

Choose a background check package from your background check provider. Select the package and the provider will handle the rest, contacting the candidate with information and instructions to complete the check.
Once the results come in, you will be notified immediately. The results (or a link to the results) will appear on the candidate's timeline in Workable.
