By default, evaluation ratings are visible to all members of a job's hiring team. The visibility cannot be directly adjusted, but can be temporarily hidden.
When a group of users is invited to an event, their evaluations for that event are hidden from each other until they submit their own evaluation.
Invited to the event
- Will not see evaluations from other event invitees for that pipeline stage until submitting their own evaluation.
- Will see evaluations from previous stages and from users not invited to the event.
Not invited to the event
- Will see all evaluations.
Super & Recruiting Admins
- Will see all evaluations. Since admins may arrange a lot of interviews for which they do not need to attend or leave feedback, they will always see others' evaluations, even if they are invited to an event. This enables them to make process decisions without having to submit their own arbitrary feedback.
For the example event above, if Alexia and Eduardo are invited to an interview with the candidate and Alexia submits her evaluation first, Eduardo will not be able to see the rating or notes from Alexia for this pipeline stage until he adds his own evaluation. They will be able to see evaluations from previous pipeline stages.
Natalie is a Super Admin, so she'll see their evaluations as they come in. She'll know if the candidate should be moving ahead or what next steps to take.
Users who were not invited to the event they will be able to see others' evaluations in that stage right away.
