Radancy (formerly myInterview) is a video interview platform that helps you gain insight into candidates' personalities and reduce time-to-hire. Send custom video interview templates to candidates who will record responses and send them back to you.
When you integrate Radancy and Workable, you can seamlessly send a video interview to a candidate from Workable. After the candidate completes the interview, you'll be able to access the video directly from the candidate's Timeline in Workable.
Setting up the integration
To start, navigate to https://workable.myinterview.com
- Click on Connect My Account.
- Create an account with Radancy (sign in with your usual details if you already have one).
- Follow the steps that appear to generate an API key.
- Copy or note the API key.
Next, you'll need to sign in to Workable as a Super Admin.
- Click your profile icon in the upper right, click on Settings, and navigate to Integrations > Apps.
- Locate Radancy in the list of Video Assessment providers and click on it.
- Paste the API key that you got from Radancy and click Update Settings.
That's it! The accounts will now be connected.
You can assign Radancy assessments to specific stages in your hiring pipeline.
Send assessments to candidates when they reach a relevant stage and get the results in the candidate's Workable timeline.
