By default, all offer and e-signature templates will be available for selection for all jobs. When an Admin or Hiring manager wants to make an offer, they can choose from any of the templates on your account.
You can create restrictions to determine which offer and e-signature templates will be available for which jobs based on their department and/or location(s). This can help to reduce confusion or miscommunication when sending an offer.
- Click your user icon in the upper right of Workable, select Settings, and then Templates.
- Locate your e-signature templates.
- Hover over a template and select Edit.
- Set the department(s) and location(s) for which that template should be available.
For example, one template might be available for an office in Massachusetts, and another might be available for an office in Greece.
In this example, the template will be available for our Sales & Marketing jobs in Massachusetts. The template will not appear or be selectable for a Customer Success job or Sales & Marketing jobs in Greece.
If nothing has been set, then the template will be available for all jobs.
