On most Workable plans, all offer templates will be available for selection for all jobs. When an admin or hiring manager wants to make an offer they can choose from any of the templates on your account.
On the Workable Annual plan, you can create restrictions to determine which offer templates will be available for which jobs. This can help to reduce confusion or miscommunication when sending an offer.
You can limit offer template options based on a job’s department and/or location.
Click your user icon in the upper right of Workable and select Settings and then Templates from the menu on the left. In the templates section, locate your offer templates. Hover over a template and select Edit.
When editing an offer template set the department(s) and location(s) for which that template should be available.
For example, one template might be available for an office location in Massachusetts. Another might be available for an office in Greece.
In this example, the template will be available for our Sales or Marketing jobs in Massachusetts. The template will not appear or be selectable for a Customer Success job, or jobs in Greece.
If nothing has been set then the template will be available for all jobs.
