Workable assessments
You can resend a Workable assessment by clicking the assessment button on the candidate's profile in the following situations:
- Before the initial assessment request is completed: Upon resending, the initial assessment invitation will automatically be canceled
- After the due date has past
- After the assessment request is completed: The original assessment results will remain on the candidate timeline and are not overwritten, provided that the assessment(s) have been completed and submitted by the candidate. Partially completed assessments are not saved.
While Workable automatically checks the candidate's internet connection, you may want to resend the assessment if there are technical difficulties or other extenuating circumstances.
When resending, remember that candidates may have already seen some of the assessment questions.
Third-party assessment providers
For third-party assessment providers, the option to resend an assessment is not available (the button becomes disabled after the initial send). This is because the candidate receives a link and assessment ID directly from the provider via email. You may, however, access your “scheduled” assessments page in your assessment provider account to review or manage those assessment invitations - either resend (if possible from the provider interface) or cancel and resend from Workable.
