For outgoing reports—reports you have scheduled to send out—the following information is available:
- An indication of whether the scheduled report is sent out normally:
- Green: The report was successfully sent out the last time.
- Grey: The report has not been sent out yet.
- Red: The report could not be sent out last time. In this case, you can contact support for more details.
- Report name (saved report name) and the date the report is scheduled to be sent next.
- Frequency of the report.
- Recipients of the report.
- Format of the report (CSV, PDF).
- Schedule status (active or inactive).
You can also perform the same actions available when viewing the schedule within the saved report:
- Activate/deactivate the schedule
- Delete the schedule
- Edit the schedule
Error cases
Error cases shown when managing a schedule under a saved report are also visible here:
- No recipients: If all recipients of a schedule are deactivated or unsubscribed, the schedule is deactivated and can be either deleted or edited.
- Loss of access: In case the user is demoted and loses access to recruiting reports or loses access to a feature - e.g. hiring plan - any schedules created will persist, but will be deactivated. You can choose to keep these schedules or delete them.
Incoming reports
You can also manage the reports you are receiving by visiting the Incoming reports tab in the Scheduled reports management center. The Incoming tab is visible even when empty.
For incoming reports, you can:
- See the report name and the next scheduled delivery.
- See the frequency of the report.
- See the owner of the schedule.
- See the format of the report.
- Unsubscribe from the report.
Only active scheduled reports are listed in this section. If you are both the sender and receiver of a report, it will only appear in your Outgoing tab.
Unsubscribing from schedules
You can unsubscribe from scheduled reports by clicking the unsubscribe action from the reports dashboard, at which point, after confirmation, you can remove yourself as a recipient from the schedule.
Non-members can also unsubscribe from schedules via email. The scheduled email has a link to unsubscribe.
If you try to unsubscribe more than once, you'll see a message indicating that you're already unsubscribed.
Note: The unsubscribe link expires every 30 days.
