Integrating with Small Improvements

Connect your Workable and Small Improvements accounts to export employee information seamlessly from Workable to Small Improvements. When you publish an employee profile, their basic details and their reporting line information will be sent to Small Improvements.

 

Setting up the integration

In your Workable account:

Log in to your Workable account as an Admin user to locate your partner token and subdomain.

1. Click your profile icon in the upper right, and navigate to Settings > Integrations > Apps.
2. Locate Small Improvements in the list of Other integrations and click on it.
3. Click on Generate Token, which will result in a long string of random letters or numbers.
4. Locate your Workable subdomain and copy it as well.

In your Small Improvements account:

1. Locate and click the Workable panel from the Integrations page of your account.
   
2. From there, enter the Workable subdomain and partner token you obtained earlier.
3. Make any other selections as needed and then click on Save to complete the process.

That's it! The integration has been set up.

 

Viewing upcoming or completed imports

You can easily preview any upcoming imports or view history via the Preview and History tabs on the Integrations page in Small Improvements.
