To maintain consistency with reporting, it is possible to generate a recruiting report that can then be sent via email to other users as well as externally rather than having each user generate the report individually. In a future update, the ability to schedule pre-configured reports to be sent out automatically will also be added.

Sending reports immediately
To send a recruiting report to one or more individuals:
- Select all relevant filters as required or use a saved report.
- Click on the three dot menu at the top right corner of the report's page and then select Send now.Â
- A window will appear with the option to specify:
- The recipients. Multiple recipients can be specified and there is no sending limit. Recipients can be:
- Any user on the account, including yourself, and External Recruiters. Users can be selected from the Recipients dropdown list individually.
- Any external person by manually typing their email address.
- The file format. The available file format is dependent on the specific report. Both CSV (selected by default) and PDF can be selected as needed where applicable.
- The report's email subject.
- The recipients. Multiple recipients can be specified and there is no sending limit. Recipients can be:
- Once ready, click Send.
Once sent, the selected recipients will receive an email with the report attached or as a link to download the report (for Candidate details and Disqualification reports).

Scheduling reportsÂ
Scheduling a recruiting report is available for both standard and saved reports and can be sent to one or more individuals on an ongoing basis. While viewing a standard or saved report:
- Click on the three dot menu at the top right corner of the report's page and then select Schedule.Â
- A window will appear with the option to specify:
- The recipients. Multiple recipients can be specified and there is no sending limit. Recipients can be:
- Any user on the account, including yourself, and External Recruiters. Users can be selected from the Recipients dropdown list individually.
- Any external person by manually typing their email address.
- The file format. The available file format is dependent on the specific report. Both CSV (selected by default) and PDF can be selected as needed where applicable.
- The report's email subject.
- The report's frequency and delivery timing:
- Daily (7 days a week)
- Weekly (on a specified day of the week)

- On the first working day of the month
- On the last day of the month
- On a specific day of the month

- The recipients. Multiple recipients can be specified and there is no sending limit. Recipients can be:
- Make any additional selections with regards to report sending time and timezone if required.
- Once ready, click Schedule.
Important: When using the specific day option, the report will not be sent on months that do not have those days (ie; 29th, 30th and 31st).
Once sent, the selected recipients will receive an email with the report attached or as a link to download the report (for Candidate details and Disqualification reports) at the scheduled time.Â
Scheduling reports are available for Premier and Enterprise plans.
FAQs
- Why is the report I received empty?
Based on the filter selections, it is possible for a report not to generate any results. In such cases, a report sent out will attach a file containing no data.
- I have accidentally included a recipient twice. Will they receive multiple emails?
No, if a recipient is included more than once, we will remove any duplicates and they will only receive one email.
- Where can I get an overview of all my scheduled reports?
In your Reports dashboard you can get an overview of all the scheduled reports you are sending or receiving under the Scheduled reports management center. You can learn more here.
