To access the Workable Assistant, click the question mark icon from your main navigation menu (next to your user icon).

Additionally, it is an intelligent in-product guide that provides contextual, role-based responses tailored to your current position within the platform. Instead of listing generic steps, it offers precise guidance that helps you take the next best action quickly and confidently.
The Workable Assistant also includes "deep links" that take you directly to the exact section you need - such as Settings, Account Members, or a specific job’s workflow settings.
