Integrating with Naukri

Naukri is a leading job portal in India, connecting job seekers with employers across industries. It offers job search, resume-building tips, and recruitment tools, helping users advance their careers and employers find top talent.

 

Setting up the integration

To set up the integration, please contact your Naukri Account Manager and request your API key. Next, sign in to your Workable account as a Super Admin and:

1. Click your profile icon in the upper right, click on 'Settings', and navigate to Integrations > Apps.
2. Locate Naukri in the list of Job board integrations and click on it.
3. Enter the API key you received from Naukri and the company name you’d like to appear on Naukri’s job posts.
4. Click Update settings.

That's it! Your accounts will now be connected. In the Find Candidates tab of the job editor, you can publish jobs to Naukri under the Premium Job Board options. 

Publishing jobs to Naukri from Workable

You can now sponsor any Workable jobs using your Naukri job slots. Follow these steps:

1. On the Jobs page in Workable, click the Find Candidates button for the job/s of your choice. If you wish to promote multiple jobs, you should follow these steps for each one separately. 
2. Click on Premium Job Boards.  
3. Locate Naukri and click 'Use Recruiter account'. After a few minutes, the LinkedIn panel will turn green, and the job will remain sponsored for 30 days. The expiration date will be mentioned in the panel, and the Admins on the hiring team will be notified via email when it expires.

Once candidates submit their application on Naukri they'll appear in the Applied stage in Workable and their source will be listed as 'naukri.com premium'.

Will candidates be able to use one click apply for job applications?

Yes, Naukri offers one-click apply, allowing applications to be sent to Workable with a single click. Support for custom fields and application form questions via Naukri Easy Apply is expected in a future release.
