Integrating with SoftOne

SoftOne is a prominent software company developing ERP, CRM, Cloud Services, enterprise mobility applications, and electronic invoicing solutions. SoftOne solutions are used by more than 32.000 enterprises in several international markets and they are supported through a wide (+600) Channel Partners Network. 

By integrating Workable and SoftOne, you can streamline the import of hired candidate data from Workable into SoftOne's HRMS. You can specify job statuses and pipeline stages to customize candidate synchronization.

 

Setting up the integration

In your SoftOne account:

1. Navigate to the Workable Integration setup page.
2. Click Allow access to prompt the pop-up modal.
   
3. In the modal, enter your Workable credentials and follow the instructions.
   
4. Select which Workable accounts you’d like to integrate; if you have only one Workable account, you will have only one option.
   

5. Select the date from which you want to retrieve jobs/candidates and the jobs statuses (Published, Closed, Archived).
   ✅  Recommended configuration: Syncing Published jobs and Candidates in the ‘Hired’ stage.
   

6. View the jobs and candidates that will transfer over to SoftOne.
   
7. Select the frequency with which you’d like candidates/new hires to be sent into SoftOne.
   

That’s it! SoftOne & Workable are now integrated. Workable data will begin appearing in SoftOne. 

 

Using the integration

Candidates and/or new hires from the corresponding jobs will sync in SoftOne with the respective jobs.
