Integrating with Metaview

Metaview is the AI assistant for hiring. It completely eradicates the need for recruiters and hiring managers to take notes during their most important conversations because their AI is designed to take world-class recruiting notes for you.

Integrate Workable with Metaview to unlock:

• AI-powered recruiting notes: Metaview’s AI provides perfect summaries of all your recruiting calls, whether intakes, screens, interviews, or debriefs. Customize notes to match your exact needs, and leverage their Assistant chatbot to instantly recall key details or extract insights from conversations.
• Automatic capture: Metaview automatically records, transcribes, and summarizes calls scheduled through Workable, so you can get your AI-powered notes without even having to think about it.
• Richer candidate data: Links between Metaview and Workable make it easy to jump from notes and recordings in Metaview to the candidate’s profile in Workable and vice versa. Thus, all of the data sources you have on a candidate are readily accessible in one place. 

 

Setting up the integration

In your Workable account as an Admin user:

1. Click your profile icon in the upper right, click on Settings, and navigate to Integrations > Apps
2. Locate Metaview in the list of Other Integrations and click on it
3. Click Generate Token
4. Copy to clipboard the long string of numbers and letters

In your Metaview account:

1. Navigate to Settings > Workable
2. Enter the API key copied from Workable
3. Click Save

That's it! The integration process will now start. This can take up to 48 hours to complete, and you will be emailed once it is successful.

 

Using the integration

After the integration is activated, links with the summaries from candidate interviews will appear on the candidate profiles in Workable as internal comments. The link will redirect you to your Metaview account to review the interview notes.
