Setting up the integration
The set up process when integrating with Papaya’s HCM cloud connector involves:
- Identify the fields in Workable that correspond to Papaya OS and create a one-time mapping between them; there are specific data requirements for a smooth and error-free data integration process.
- Once the file is mapped and the sync's status is successful, you can review all the data that was synced under the HCM Cloud Connector page and inform your implementation manager it is approved and ready to be imported into Papaya OS.
- To create an automated data sync process, Papaya Global can set up a connection via SFTP.
To initiate this, contact your implementation manager who can share all the information they need from your end. Once all the information is provided, your SFTP folder will be created and the credentials will be shared with you. This can be accessed at any point through the Integrations Settings.
