Integrating with HeroHunt.ai

HeroHunt.ai is the AI Recruitment engine that helps you find and engage hard-to-fine talent out of a 1 billion talent pool on complete autopilot.

Through this integration, you can find and reach newly qualified candidates in HeroHunt.ai and sync their profiles in Workable for further tracking. 

 

Setting up the integration

In your Workable account:

1. Log in as an admin user, click your profile icon in the upper right and navigate to Settings > Integrations > Apps
2. Locate the API Access Tokens section near the top of the page
3. Click the button to generate a new token. Your API key is a long string of random letters and numbers and can be copied only upon generation. 

In your HeroHunt.ai account:

1. Navigate to the Integration settings 
2. Locate Workable and toggle it on to enable the integration
3. In the popup window, add the Workable API token you obtained earlier
   
4. Click Authorize to complete the process. 

That's it! The integration will now be ready to use. 

 

Using the integration

Once the integration is enabled and authorized, a Workable icon will appear on every profile in HeroHunt.ai. Click the Workable icon to add the candidate under the Sourced stage of a published job in Workable. 

You can also request a real-time sync with Workable based on certain conditions in your automated flow in HeroHunt Engage.

Candidate details exported:

• Full Name
• Headline
• Job title
• Description
• Email address(es)
• Phone number(s)
• Social media link(s)
