Mindmatch uses performance-based algorithms to indicate the best people for your company and your positions. Set up assessment tests to measure social skills, need for achievement (NAch), cognitive abilities, personality, cultural fit, and more.
When Workable and Mindmatch are integrated, assessments from Mindmatch can be sent to candidates via Workable. The assessment results will be available through the candidates timeline as well.
Setting up the integration
- Contact the Customer Success Manager for your Mindsight account and request an API key/token to connect to Workable
- When you receive the API key, sign in to Workable and navigate to Settings > Integrations
- Locate Mindmatch in the list of integrations and select it
- Paste the API key in the field that appears and click Update Settings
That's it! The integration will now be complete.
Tests that are under the "Your Assessments" page in Mindmatch can be attached to Workable pipeline stages. When an assessment is attached to a stage, it can be sent to a candidate through Workable by clicking the 'send assessment' button within that stage.
