If an employee is not receiving the onboarding email ask them to check their spam folder, as well as any inbox filters (such as the Gmail "Updates" folder), just in case the email was sent there.
Before the start date
To resend an onboarding email before the employee's start date, follow the steps below:
- Visit the onboarding tab under Company
- Locate the employee under In progress and click the three dots next to their name
- Click Stop onboarding
- Locate the employee under the Pending tab and click Onboard

After the start date
If the start date passes it's not possible to resend an onboarding link (these employees will appear under the Incomplete tab). In this case, you will need to publish the employee profile and have them update the information manually after they join Workable.
