Crosschq’s Hiring Intelligence Platform delivers data-driven solutions across the new hire lifecycle to help enhance the sourcing, screening, and onboarding of new hires while providing a single source of truth for customers to accurately measure Quality of Hire.
Setting up the integration
In your Crosschq account as an administrator:
- Visit Organization Settings > Connectors on the menu
- Locate Workable in the list and then click Manage
- Turn the switch on so that it is green
- Copy the Crosschq API key by clicking the icon on the right
In your Workable account as a Super Admin:
- Navigate to Settings > Integrations > Apps
- Locate Crosschq in the list of Reference checks and select it
- Paste the API key in the field and click Update Settings
- On the same page scroll up and locate the API Access Tokens section
- Click the button to generate a new token. Your API key is a long string of random letters and numbers and can be copied only upon generation.
- Next, locate your Workable subdomain and note it down
Back in your Crosschq account:
- Paste the key taken from Workable into the Access token field
- Paste your Workable subdomain into the Subdomain field
- Click Save changes
That's it! The integration is now complete.
Using the integration
When a candidate is in the Interview stage, a button for performing a reference check will appear. Click it and select the Crosschq survey using the dropdown menu that appears.
You can also send the reference check in Phone Screen or Assessment type stages by clicking the three dots icon and selecting the reference option.
Your candidate will automatically receive the Crosschq request. The reference check requestor will be notified once the reference request has been completed. You will be able to access the full report on your Crosschq account.
