Users can view the company's employees and org chart by clicking on the Employees tab of the main menu.
People Directory
All employees will be visible under the People Directory list alphabetically based on their last names.
The following information will be displayed for each employee:
- Employee profile picture
- Employee name (Last Name, First Name)
- Job Title
- Department
- Employee’s primary email address
- Employee’s primary phone number
- Name of their Line Manager, i.e. who they report to
- Number of direct reports and ability to view them - if any direct reports exist
Search, filtering and grouping
The search bar enables you to search by first/last name or email address. You can filter the directory further by:
- Employee status; available options will be draft, active, inactive, custom status. Standard access members without direct reports will not have access to this filter.
- Department; multiple departments can be selected
- Entities & locations; multiple entities, locations and sites can be selected
Additionally, you can sort the directory by department.
All employees will be visible under the Employees section in alphabetical order based on their last names.
While viewing an employee profile you will be able to:
- View the department and the division they belong to
- Access their direct reports or managers
- Open linked items directly from their profile such as addresses, email, phone, links
- Contact them via phone, message, or email
Search and filtering
The search bar will enable you to search by first/last name or email address. You can filter the directory further by:
- Department
- Division
- Entities & Locations
- Status
Bulk actions monitoring widget
When you run a bulk action (such as a bulk import or bulk update of employees), a floating widget appears at the bottom of the screen to help you track progress and review results. The widget is visible to the user who triggered the bulk action and remains on screen until dismissed.
Note: The bulk actions monitoring widget is available in the People Directory, employee profiles, Work calendar, and Files pages. It is not available on the Org Chart page.
Selecting the widget expands it to show a list of all non-dismissed bulk actions, ordered from most recent to oldest. From the expanded view, you can:
- View details: opens a drawer with the full results of that specific bulk action.
- Dismiss: removes the bulk action from the widget. If the action completed with 100% success, it is dismissed immediately. If there are errors, a 2-step confirmation is required so you can review them first.
Once all bulk actions in the expanded widget have been dismissed, the floating widget disappears automatically.
Organization chart
On the Employees tab of the main menu, click Org Chart. The Org Chart will enable all employees to quickly see your company structure starting from the CEO and learn which teams current (and future) employees report to. The default view will show the top-level company official(s) and their direct reports (first two levels).
- The number under each employee tile indicates how many direct reports they have (e.g. Nick Smith has 3 direct reports). Click on the number to pull down the employees who report to a specific person.
- Zoom in or out to get the best view of the Org Chart. To adjust the centered view, just click anywhere on the page and drag it in the desired direction. If you zoom in/out of the view or expand/minimize reporting levels, you can easily Reset org chart to the default view.
- Under the three dots menu, click View profile to see the full profile of this employee.
- Search for an employee by name to view them on the org chart together with their manager and direct reports.
- Filter by department and/or location to view only specific employees in the org chart. For employees that do not fit filtering criteria, the employee card is displayed collapsed.
- Configure which information you would like to display on the employee card (Photo, Department, Location)
- Export Org chart as PDF or PNG:
- Export current view; the org chart that's currently visible on your screen
- Export custom view; with the option to define starting employee and number of levels i.e., export from Jane Doe onwards)
View per member access
Employees listed in the company's people directory and org chart depend on the member's role:

➕ As an HR Admin you can add and manage employee profiles from the People Directory page. Before any edits or additions make sure you configured your default or custom profile templates under the Profile templates tab.
