To change the visibility of an email or text message before sending it, select the Visible to link. In the menu that appears, select the user types that should see the email thread.
Note: Admins, Recruiting Admins and Hiring Managers will always be able to see emails and text messages.
To change the visibility status on an email/text message that has already been sent, or one that the candidate sent to you, click the same Visible to link at the top of the email in Workable and select the user types that should see the email thread.
