Yes! You can provide more flexible candidate ratings by adjusting the rating scale used for evaluations to better suit your requirements. The rating selection setting applies to all jobs and stages within your account, ensuring the same rating option is used consistently.
Setting up the rating system
- Navigate to the Workflow section of your account.
- Locate the 'Evaluate candidates' section.
- Tick the rating scale you would like to use for your account. The available rating scales are:
- Graphic rating (default): Thumbs-up, thumbs-down, star
- Star rating: 1-5 star scale
- Numeric rating: 1-10 numeric scale
- Click Save changes to complete the process.
Switching scales will convert all evaluations for all jobs (even archived jobs). Refer to the following section for additional details on how rating scales are converted for historical data.
