The file size limit for resumes is 5MB.
Accepted file types:
.pdf / .doc / .docx / .rtf / .html / .odt
File Upload
The file size limit for uploads to a custom question is 20MB.
Accepted file types:
.doc / .docx / .gif / .html / .jpeg / .jpg / .odt / .pdf / .png / .ppt / .pptx / .rtf / .tiff / .txt / .xls / .xlsx / .zip
For unsupported file types (mp3 audio files, mp4 video files etc.) you could consider one of the following alternatives:
- Prompt candidates to compress the files and send them as .zip.
- Prompt candidates to share a drive link instead of uploading the files (this could be a 'Paragraph' type question)
