Why is the price changing?
Workable has built a lot of new features to help customers hire and they’ve been added to your plan. Our Pay As You Go plan just received a big upgrade so you can utilize nearly all features that were reserved for more expensive plans, including:
- Automated actions and candidate self-scheduling
- Referrals platform with an employee portal
- Careers page builder
- Multiple recruiting pipelines
- Diversity, equity, and inclusion features (anonymized screening and candidate surveys)
- Advanced access rights
- Customizable department hierarchies
How does this affect you?
This change does not affect any jobs that you have purchased prior to February 1st. These jobs will remain at your current rate of $99 per job, per month — and that price will not change for as long as you keep them open.
New jobs, posted February 1st and later, will be $129 per job, per month.
How can you get the best deal?
Depending on your hiring needs, there are two ways to continue to get the best possible solution for growing your organization at a price that makes sense:
If you’re only posting 2–3 jobs each month, Pay As You Go is still the best plan for you. Between the improvements already made, and the enhancements we have coming, you won’t find a hiring platform that can help you do as much as Workable can for the same price.
If you expect your hiring will increase substantially this year, or you’re consistently posting more than 3–5 jobs per month, now is an ideal time to lock in a great rate and reduce overall cost for a full year with one of our annual packages. We have full pricing here.
