The most common reasons why one or more candidate profiles disappeared are the below:
- Due to a user action deleting the candidates. In case you have the GDPR features enabled we will not be able to restore their profiles since they are subject to GDPR otherwise you can contact us.
- Due to a candidate action withdrawing their application. GDPR compliance features include the right to erasure. With this option enabled, the application confirmation email that a candidate receives automatically after applying will include an option for them to withdraw from the application process and delete their data.
- Due to a system action based on your data retention settings under Compliance (only for Growth or Premier plans). Extra caution should be taken when enabling the data retention setting for sourced candidates.
Sourced candidates are considered notified about your Privacy Notice if they receive an email or an event from you within 30 days which automatically includes the privacy notice footer.
