Workable's Microsoft 365 integration must be enabled to use this feature.
When you've successfully connected Microsoft 365, an option will appear when scheduling events which you can select to have a Teams meeting link included on the calendar invite. The link will belong to the person selected as the "Organizer" of the event in Workable.
Teams links appear asynchronously, so once you send the event invitation you will see the message "MS Teams meeting link will appear here once it’s available" next to the call link. Refresh your page and the MS Teams link will appear hyperlinked.
If an event is created including a Teams meet link, it is not possible to edit the event and remove or change the link. In this situation, we would suggest creating a new event. For an event created without a Teams meet link, it's possible to edit and include a link at a later point in time.
