Availability: All plans with the Recruiting package (not available to the Free plan)
Key info: Number of responses to survey questions; results can be filtered by survey and viewed by current pipeline stage, candidate source, etc
Date filter: Survey sent date
Update frequency: Every 8 hours
Use this report to review the results of all your candidate surveys. These surveys are optional, and to protect candidate anonymity, they require at least 10 responses before a report is generated. Filtering for a specific job with less than 10 responses will not generate a report, even if that survey has more than 10 responses overall. Go to Reports > Candidate Surveys to access.
Performance metrics
In the banner at the top, you will be able to see:
- Surveys sent: Lists the number of surveys sent to candidates, either during application or at any stage in the pipeline.
- Responses received: Lists the number of responses, i.e., candidates submitting the survey.
- Response rate: Lists the percentage of responses over sent surveys.
- Response time: Lists the average time it took candidates to submit the survey.
Note: The above metrics will be made available by early February and calculated for candidates sent and received after Jan 7, 2025.
Report filters and views
You can filter the report by survey using the arrow button and choosing the survey to look at. Disabled surveys will also be available for selection since their past results will remain in your reports even after being disabled.
The detailed responses are presented next in a tabular format. You can select a different report view from the dropdown on the right side. The supported views are:
Current pipeline stage
Responses are organized based on the candidates' current stage. In the following example, 2 candidates who are currently in the "Phone screen" stage have responded '18 - 24' to the question, "What's your age?" Note that these candidates could be either qualified or disqualified. Furthermore, total counts and percentages per question choice have been added.
Pipeline stage sent
Responses are organized based on the stage the candidates were in when the survey was sent.
In the following example, 2 candidates responded '18 - 24' to the question, "What's your age?" in a survey sent to them once they were in the Applied stage.
Pipeline pass-through
Responses are organized in a funnel-like fashion. In this example, 5 candidates responded '25 - 34' to the question, "What's your age?". 20% of them (1) made it to the "Shortlisted" stage, and this 1 moved further to the "Test" stage and so on.
Source
Responses are organized based on the candidates’ sources. Use this to gauge your recruiting channels' effectiveness at finding different candidates. In this example, from the 2 total candidates who responded '18 - 24' to the question, "What's your age?", 1 candidate applied from Indeed and the other from LinkedIn.
