Use this report to review the results of post-application candidate surveys. These surveys are optional, and to protect candidate anonymity, they require at least 10 total responses before a report is generated. Go to Reports > Candidate Surveys to access.
There are two ways to view this report; by pipeline and source. Select the dropdown menu in the upper left to choose a survey to look at.
- The pipeline option will show the number of responses for each answer based on the pipeline stage. Use this to gauge how different survey respondents move through the hiring process. The "New" column always represents the total number of survey answers. Further columns represent the number of candidates for that answer that have proceeded. In the above example, 20 people responded, 2 of those people made it to the Phone Screen and then the Interview stage, 1 of those people made it to Offer.
- The source option will show the number of responses based on the sources from which candidates applied. Use this to gauge how effective your recruiting channels are at finding different candidates.
Surveys require at least 10 responses before a report is generated, to preserve candidate anonymity. Filtering for all jobs and locations will show results from all responses to that survey. Filtering for a specific job with less than 10 responses will not generate a report, even if that survey has more than 10 responses overall.
