Job applicants are automatically prompted to complete the optional EEO survey at the point of application. They also receive a reminder email if they choose not to complete the survey at that time.
Since sourced candidates will not have completed an application they will not receive an EEO survey. To request EEO details from a sourced candidate, share with them the job shortlink and prompt them to apply to the job through your careers page. Once they apply they will be moved to the Applied stage and their details will be updated.
