How do I claim the referral bonus?
Referral rewards are set from your organization and are subject to your company's referral policy. Workable's Advanced Referral platform may not account for your company's policy. Rewards that you are eligible for will update when a candidate is hired, but may not be paid out until other criteria in your company's policy are met.
To get more information about the rewards, you'll need to speak to your own management or HR team.
Who do I reach about the status of my referrals?
Once you have submitted a referral, you can monitor its progress and your eligibility for rewards. After submitting a referral, click Referrals in the toolbar to get started. If you have further questions, chat with the point of contact for referrals within your company.
Can I update or delete a referral after submission?
Once you have submitted a referral you cannot make any changes. To further manage the Referral that has been submitted, for example removing a wrong referral, updating the resume, or anything else, contact your HR team or the Hiring Manager of the job.
Depending on the case, they will be able to remove the referral or update the existing profile on your behalf with the updated/correct information.
How do I reset my password?
To reset your password in case you forgot it, navigate to your organization's referral portal. The site's address is shared to you via email by your HR team and it looks like this: https://[companyname].workable.com/referrals. Just click on "Forgot your password?" below the sign-in box to get started.
If you are already logged in and want to update your password, visit the user icon at the top right corner of Referrals and select Edit password to set a new one.
Can I choose which notifications I receive about my referrals?
Yes, you can control the number of email notifications you receive from Referrals. Click on the user icon, select Email notifications to edit the settings and save them once done.
Are candidates notified when they have been referred?
If you refer a candidate you'll be asked if the candidate knows they are being referred. If you answer "Yes" then the candidate will automatically receive a notification email letting them know about the referral. The email contains your name, the job title, the company name and location.
If select select "No" then the candidate is not notified automatically.
