Jobbio is a platform for finding candidates. Companies create personalized Jobbio pages to attract talent.
Integrate Jobbio and Workable to sync Workable jobs to your Jobbio channel. Candidates who apply through Jobbio will be automatically added to Workable.
Setting up the integration
You must be a Super Admin in Workable to set up integrations.
To connect Jobbio and Workable, start by signing in to Jobbio:
- In Jobbio, click on your company name on the left side of the screen to access the dropdown menu
- Select Settings, then navigate to the Integrations tab
- Locate Workable in the list of integrations and click the Connect button
- A pop-up will appear, prompting you to sign in to Workable
That's it! After entering your Workable credentials and confirming the connection the accounts will be linked. If you have multiple Workable accounts you will be prompted to choose the account you want to connect.
Jobs with the Published status in Workable will automatically sync to Jobbio 1 hour after publication. Jobs must include a zip/post code in the Workable location field in order to sync.
Job title, location and description details will be sent to Jobbio.
If there is a Published Workable job that you don't wish to have posted on Jobbio, sign in to Jobbio, access your Dashboard and navigate to the My Jobs tab. You can remove individual jobs from Jobbio from the My Jobs section.
Candidates use their Jobbio profile to apply for jobs through Jobbio. They will not use your Workable application form to apply, so their application may omit responses to custom fields or questions. All candidates will receive an application confirmation email after applying.
Candidates from Jobbio appear automatically in the Applied step of the relevant Workable job with Jobbio listed as their source.
