Setting up the integration
You must be a Super Admin in Workable to set up this integration.
In Workable, click your user icon in the upper right and navigate to Integrations.
Under the Job Boards section, click on Facebook Jobs. (Note: This is separate from the "Facebook page" option in the Embed Jobs section.)
In the form that appears, enter your company's address. This will be used by Facebook to identify your company and should include the street, number, city/town, state/province/county, zip/post code.
While the company address is the only required field, it's recommended that you complete the other fields as well. Completing the other fields will help you get more engagement from candidates.
Click Update Settings.
That's it! The integration will now be complete. Jobs will appear on Facebook's job listings about 1 business day after publishing through Workable.
For each published job, the admin of your Facebook Company Page will be notified through Facebook to approve the connection between the job and the company page. If no action is taken after 7 days, the job will automatically link to your company page.
Candidate applications through Facebook Free Listings
When a candidate clicks to apply through your Facebook Free Listings post, your Workable application form will appear for the candidate to complete.
Important: Facebook does not support resume/file uploads, photo uploads, multiple choice, date, numerical or short answer questions.
If you include those types of questions or file uploads on your application form, the candidate will not see them or be required to complete them when applying through Facebook Free Listings.
Facebook does support Yes/No questions and paragraph text questions.
Candidates will be able to complete the Education and Experience fields from the application form.
Upon submitting the application, candidates will appear in the Applied stage in Workable as usual.
