Integrating your RightHire account


RightHire is a candidate assessment platform that includes both pre-built and custom testing options. Through this integration you can send RightHire assessment tests to candidates via Workable and receive the results on the candidate's Timeline in Workable.


Setting up the integration

You must be a Super Admin in Workable to set up integrations.

To set up the integration between RightHire and Workable, start by signing in to your RightHire account:

  • In RightHire, navigate to Settings
  • Scroll to the bottom of the Settings page
  • Under "RH API" click on Generate Key
  • An API key (a very long string of letters and numbers) will appear in a text box
  • Copy the API key in full

Next, sign in to Workable:

  • Click the user icon in the upper right and navigate to Integrations
  • Locate RightHire under the list of Assessment Providers and click on it
  • Paste the API key from RightHire into the field that appears
  • Click Update Settings

That's it! the integration will now be complete.

With the accounts connected you will be able to add RightHire tests to specific stages in your jobs.

When candidates arrive at that stage for a job there will be an option to send them the RightHire test.
