When HR admins launch the performance review cycle and enable the employees' self-review, you will receive a notification on your home page, inbox, and email notification to complete your self-review.
You can access the review form in your employee profile under the Performance tab. Here, you can view the cycle name, review period, your details, manager, and reviewer’s name.
Sharing your self-review
- Start writing your self-review by clicking Start review.
- Each section of your review form will contain questions you need to answer. You may also be able to rate sections if HR admins enable ratings for your review.
- You can save your review as a draft until you are ready to continue, or share it with your manager if you feel confident submitting it.
After you submit your review, your manager will be notified to complete their assessment of your performance. Once your manager shares their review, you can view their ratings and comments.
Signing your review
If HR Admins enable the sign-off option, you will be prompted to sign your review to confirm you've discussed and agreed on the results. When you sign the review, you agree that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You won't be able to edit your review after you've signed it.
