New and enhanced filters in Recruiting reports
Important: Due to these changes, you may need to update any bookmarked URLs that lead to your reports.
New team member filter
As an Admin user, use the new filter to narrow down your data by specific team members/recruiters and see results only for the jobs they access and, if applicable, with which collaboration role. Learn more here.
New date range filter
Εasily select custom date ranges for more tailored reporting. Available for selection will be:
- All time
-
Preset period: This month is the default, with options to select this or last week, month, quarter, or year.
- Date to now
- Date range: Choose custom From and To dates.
The date filter applies to different fields in each report. To clarify this, the date range picker includes a header indicating where the date range applies, such as the candidate creation date in our example above.
Enhanced filters (multi-select)
You can now apply multiple filters at once with our new multiselect support. A tile will represent each filter. To remove one or more filters, click the x on the right of the tile.
Note: Selecting multiple team members in the filter is not possible. You can only use multi-select for collaboration roles of specific users.
Last update label
If you check non real-time reports (updated every 8 hours), you can see the last update time based on your time zone. For a quick overview of each report's update frequency, see the table here.
