We have updated the disqualification reasons in Workable to make them universally available for all jobs. This change aims to streamline the disqualification process, making it quicker for you to find the right reason. See below what has changed.
Revised disqualification reason copies

Reasons required for non-US jobs
Disqualification reasons apply to all jobs, not just US jobs, and will be common for all jobs when users disqualify a candidate.
Disqualification reasons are independently manageable through account settings (available only to Admin users). However, when EEO/OFCCP settings are enabled, disqualification reasons become required for all your jobs (US and non-US) and cannot be set as optional for non-US jobs.
For this reason, the related setting will be greyed out for you.
Updated EEO reporting
Following these updates, your EEO reporting is updated to incorporate the new disqualification reasons, ensuring consistency and accuracy in your reporting processes.
More specifically, when Admin users export the detailed results per candidate by clicking the "Export data per candidate to CSV" button in the EEO/OFCCP report, they can view the updated reasons. This applies to both new data and old data tracked before the updates take place.
