Referring your friend to Workable
It takes less than a minute to get started:
- Visit the official program webpage
- Create your unique sharing link (*) by entering your work email address and clicking Enter
- Click the Copy button, and send it to anyone you think could benefit from our world-class ATS. We even included a few social links to make it easier to share right away!
Note: Your unique sharing link will direct your referrals to a short form requesting a Workable demo. If you ever forget your link, you can return to the program webpage and enter the same email address to retrieve it.
If your referred friends schedule and conduct a qualified demo with our incredible team, we’ll automatically pay you:
- $100-$250, if their company is a good fit for Workable
Should they fall in love with us and decide to sign up for an annual agreement within 90 days of their referral, you’ll get a one-time bonus based on the size of their organization.

Claiming your rewards with Partnerstack
After you qualify for your first reward, you will receive an email from PartnerStack, our selected vendor for managing your referral progress and reward redemption, prompting you to “Claim your commission”.

Following a one-time profile creation, you will be able to access your PartnerStack dashboard. Here, you’ll see the rewards that you qualify for and can select your preferred payment method: PayPal or Stripe. These are the only available payment methods at the moment for claiming commissions.

- Is there a limit to how many times I can share my referral link or rewards I can earn?
- No, feel free to share your link as many times as you’d like!
- Will my friend receive the reward too?
- Currently, the rewards are just for the referrer, but we are exploring possibly expanding that in the future.
- Is there another way to receive payment?
- Currently, the only options are through PartnerStack, using either PayPal or Stripe.
- I lost my referral link, can I get a new one?
- Your referral link stays the same! If you’ve lost your link, visit the program webpage, enter the email you originally used, and your referral link will be generated again.
