Will I still have access to my LinkedIn Talent Hub data?
Access to Talent Hub will end at the next contract renewal date or by December 31, 2024, whichever occurs first. LinkedIn Talent Hub customers can request a free one-year extension of their access by contacting their Account Director before December 31, 2023.
Can I transfer my data from LinkedIn Talent Hub to Workable?
Yes! You will first need to export your data from Talent Hub before your subscription ends. Exports from Talent Hub can take up to 24 hours to complete. Our team will then import your data into Workable. Check the last section of this article for more detailed information on the data export and import process.
How long will it take to transfer my data from LinkedIn Talent Hub to Workable?
It will take between 15-30 days for a full data transfer.
Is there a cost to transfer my data?
The data migration from Talent Hub to Workable will be free in 2023. Migration after may incur an additional cost. Note: Data migration from Talent Hub is only available on annual Workable plans.
Will I receive help transitioning from LinkedIn Talent Hub to Workable?
Yes, if you purchase an annual Standard or Premier plan, you will receive dedicated onboarding with a specialist.

Exporting Data from LinkedIn Talent Hub and Importing to Workable
- Workable is offering a free data import in 2023 for customers who transition from Talent Hub to an annual Standard or Premier Workable plan.

Exporting data from Talent Hub

Important: It's vital that you download your historical data before getting offboarded as Linkedin does not have a way to retrieve this data after you have been offboarded.
- Navigate to the Talent Hub Product Settings page and click on Import/Export (under
Advanced Settings) - Click on the Export button next to the Export projects module
- Once the export is completed (may take up to 24 hours), navigate back to the Import/Export tab in Talent Hub and click Download to the link that will appear (the link will remain active for 24 hours)
- Open the export.csv to access the download URL for each file. Click here to view the information that will be captured in each csv file.
Importing data to Workable
Once you have the data exports available, you will be able to import the data during your onboarding with Workable. Your point of contact in Workable will be able to help you further with this process. Note: It can take 15-30 days for the import to be completed.
Notes:
- Candidate data will only be taken from folders titled ‘Public’ from the csv exports from Talent Hub, omitting all data help in folders titled ‘Private’ and ‘Miscellaneous’.
- Jobs (Projects) in the Draft state will be included in the import, along with any associated candidates.
